We now have two levels of Stretch Therapist, Senior and Apprentice.
Stretch with a Senior Therapist
Senior Therapists have at least 5 years in manual therapy and are equip to help you with more complex issues. If you are pregnant, injured or suffering from chronic pain, please see one of our Sr. Stretch Therapists.

Stretch with an Apprentice Therapist
Apprentice Stretch Therapists (AST) have at least 2 years practice in a complimentary practice (Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga) and have completed our proprietary training programme. Their training continues throughout their apprenticeship.
Your AST is ready to give you a deep, thorough and safe stretch from head to toe. If you’re stiff from desk work or the gym, this stretch is for you!
AST’s are not equip to consult on injury recovery. Please do not select this option if you are suffering from acute or chronic injury or are pregnant. Not sure? Reach out and we’ll help.
