Important Policies

We’re all about flexibility at The Stretch Experience, but we run a tight ship when it comes to policies. Please read below so there are no surprises.


General policies

  • Stretch Specialists are subject to change without notice. Even if you book with Peter, we reserve the right to send Paul. This will be in the rarest of occasions, and would only happen in the case of emergency or extreme illness.

  • All sessions must be pre-paid via our online booking system.

  • We accept credit, debit and all forms of online payment

  • All sessions are non-refundable

  • Appropriate and comfortable attire is required for all sessions. We love bodies but do wish them to be appropriately concealed. Keep in mind when you choose your stretch attire that stretches occur in shared, public spaces.

  • Tips. How kind of you to offer! We do not accept gratuities, but welcome a positive review or referral instead. Thank you!

Cancellations and no shows

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your appointment, the session will be credited back to your account. Less than 24 hours notice and you forfeit the session. Rules are rules people.

  • Sessions can not be changed or re-booked within 24 hours.

  • If you are a ‘no-show’, you forfeit that session. In this case, your stretch specialist will send you an email, first checking that you haven’t been abducted by aliens, then offering a few home stretch ideas to keep you going until your next session.

Exchange and return policy

  • All single session, monthly memberships, and packages are non-refundable.

  • Membership are subject to the terms & conditions of those agreements. Please read carefully prior to purchasing.

Late policy

  • We’ve all been there… The uber app crashes, the underground is stalled. Unfortunately, if you arrive late we will still have to finish at the appointed time. We will make the very most of every minute you’re there, but cannot go over into the next client’s session. You’re welcome to arrive as early as you like.

Lost and found

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please bring your belongings with you, and store them under the stretch table.
