Our goal is that you never come back!

We say this with a smile as we’d love to see you everyday! But our greatest joy is seeing you become skilled in your own self-care. Learning what a healthy stretch really feels like, means that when you stretch at home you’re able to stretch at an intensity that is healthy and effective. Because you’ve learned from your stretch consultant about the proper ‘placement’ of your body during a stretch, you’re more confident in positioning yourself correctly.

The combination of hands-on sessions with your stretch consultant, and home practice or online sessions is the best way to ensure your body is as mobile, supple and resilient as possible. Risk of injury is reduced, the life of your joints is extended and you’ll see improved performance in sport.

3 Day Intensive

Over 3 Days you’ll learn the fundamentals of assisted stretch. The course is aimed at massage therapists, personal trainers, dancers, pilates & yoga teachers. We welcome anyone wishing to learn about this exciting new method of manual therapy.

Online Guided Stretch

Group Class

Join an online session and see for yourself. Over an hour we’ll gently warm up the joints, muscles and fascia and then move to the floor for soft, juicy stretches that cover every major joint and fascial line. Nothing gets missed. We finish the sessions with a few minutes of guided breathing and relaxation. 

These classes are hosted on zoom. Choose to have your camera on so the instructor can see you and give you feedback, or camera off for privacy. The instructor will demonstrate and explain each movement and keep the class flowing. This stretch experience will leave you feeling tall, relaxed and ready for a good night’s rest, or to focus on some work or play.

Private Sessions

With our one to one personalized stretch sessions you have the opportunity to delve deep into your body’s needs. Here you’ll have the chance to tell your stretch consultant exactly what’s feeling stiff. We’ll tailor the sessions around your needs. Your microphone and video will be on so you can give feedback that will inform the content of your session.

Working with a skilled and experienced stretch consultant means that tricky areas of stiffness can be improved, and you can experience stretch as a relaxing and healing practice. When done correctly stretching is not painful or stressful. Instead it is soothing, joyful and leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for a productive day or a great sleep.
